17. Feed the Dyneema line
(#12) loose end through the
cringle at tack of sail (port to
starboard). Pass the end
down the starboard side of
the mast, inside the outhaul
control line. Secure the
loose end with a bowline
around the top clevis pin of
the vang block.
18. Feed the loose end of the
12.75ft line (#14) forwards
through the block near the
tack of the sail. Feed all the
way until the two blocks on
both lines sit against each
other.
16. Tie the 3ft Dyneema line
(#12) to a 18mm block (#6)
and the 12.75ft line (#14) to
the 29mm block (#5).

19. With the loose end of
the line (#14), tighten
downwards and pass the
line around the vang fixing
point twice, and tie off
with a half hitch.
