5.2 Disassembly and reassembly
5.2.1Disassembly of components for hydraulic end
1) Disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes from the pump, and remove the valve components, including pressure
valve flange, inlet and outlet pipes (flanges), valve sleeve, valve ball and valve seat.
2) Screw off the set nut connecting the cylinder head to the cylinder block, and take out the diaphragm after
removing the cylinder head. In the case of double diaphragm pumps, remove the pressure measuring ring as
well. It is also feasible that the pressure-sensitive sensor and pressure gauge for diaphragm rupture
detection are disassembled from the cylinder head.

Loosen the lock nut and column nut at the plunger end to disconnect the plunger from the crosshead, and
then screw off the connecting bolt between the cylinder block and the bracket body (hydraulic tank),
remove the cylinder block, and finally take out the parts of the cylinder block, such as plunger, piston
cylinder, limit valve assembly, exhaust safety valve and makeup valve.
5.2.2Disassembly of components for the driving end
1) Empty the lubricating oil from the transmission box and remove the cover plate at its rear end.
2) Refers to the figure 2, disassemble the motor 74 and motor bracket 72, take worm seat 81 together with
worm 79 from transmission box
3) Disassemble the adjusting components of the pump. The total adjusting handwheel can be dissembled by
take off the trademark 1 and unbolt the crosshead screw 2

remove adjusting seat and the connection bolt of
transmission box 87, unwind stroke lock handle 7, then rotate the adjusting seat 9 by fix the adjusting screw
8, make them disconnected which in order to easily take off the 9.
4) Screw off the connecting bolt between the bracket 39 and transmission box 87, then pull out the bracket on
the level state.
5) Twist off the worm gear seat II 25 with the connection screw 23, take out the worm gear seat II.
6) Take out the components of slip shaft 16, including adjusting screw 8

5.2.3Reassembly of transmission box
Before assembly, clean and check all the parts, and replace worn-out and irreparable parts. The transmission box
components shall be reassembled in a reverse order, but the following shall be noted:
