14.5 Crankshaft connecting rod assembly

14.5.1 Dismounting

Remove the crankshaft connecting rod assembly from the

right crank case.

Note: do not damage the surface of the case.

14.5.2 Check

Measure the clearance on the left and right side of the big

end of the collecting rod.

Allowable limit: 0.05mm.

Measure the clearance along X-Y direction of the big end

of the connecting rod.

Allowable limit: 0.8mm.

Measure the dislocation of the crank shaft.

Allowable limit: 0.1mm.
