This device may not be directly connected to coin telephone, ground start, or party line services.

This device may not be adjusted or repaired in the field. In case of trouble with the device,
notify the installing company or return to:

If the ZNDC causes harm to the telephone network, the telephone company will notify the user
in advance that temporary discontinuance of service may be required. If advance notice is not
practical, the telephone company will notify the user as soon as possible. The user has the
right to file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) if he or she
believes it is necessary.

The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment, operations, or
procedures that could affect the operation of the equipment. If this happens, the telephone
company will provide advance notice so that you can make the necessary modifications to
maintain uninterrupted service.
