Tools required: Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Pozi-drive Screwdriver, Adjustable Spanner,
3mm Drill Bit & Drill (all screw holes to be pre-drilled).

Postion 2no. Diagonal Roof Braces(M) centrally on Horizontal Roof Brace (L) as shown in Fig 9c. Attach
to Horizontal Roof Brace (L) using 2no. 100mm screws (1no. screw per Diagonal Roof Brace (M)). Attach
Diagonal Roof Braces(M) to Roof Panels (K) using 2no. 55mm screws (1no. screw per Diagonal Roof
Brace (M)). (See Fig 9c & 9d).
Repeat procedure for remaining Horizontal Roof Brace (L) and Diagonal Roof Braces (M) on opposite side
of Roof Panels (K).
10. Fix Roof Panels (K) to each other using 6no. 100mm screws (2no. per end and 2no. to centre). (See Fig
10).
11. Fix Roof Capping (N) to roof assembly using 6no. 55mm screws (2no. screws either end and 2no. to cen-
tre). (See Fig 11).
12. Place roof assembly on seat assembly ensuring notches in Roof Panels (K) locate onto Roof Support
Beams (G). Fix using 4no. 120mm screws (1no. 120mm screw per corner) (See Figs 12a & 12b).
13. Attach 1no. Fascia (P) to roof assembly using 3no. 55mm screws. See fig 13a. Similarly fix second Fascia
Board (P) to roof assembly. (See Fig 13b).
Repeat procedure for remaining 2no. Fascias (P) on opposite side of roof assembly.
14. Attach Finial (Q) to Fascias (P) using 4no. 55mm screws (see Fig 14). Similarly attach remaining Finial (Q)
to Fascias (P) on opposite side of roof assembly.
15. Attach 1no. Table Legs (S) to Table Top (R) using 4no. 80mm screws (2no. screws per leg). (See Fig 15a).
Place Centre Brace (T) between Table Legs (S) and fix centrally using 4no. 80mm screws (2no. screws at
either end). (See Fig 15b).
16. Attach table assembly to Floor Panel (C) using 4no. 55mm screws (2no. per Table Leg). (See Fig 16).
Fully tighten all nuts and bolts at this stage.
