Requires 4 person assembly
Tools required: Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit / Pozi-drive Screwdriver, Adjustable Spanner,
3mm Drill Bit & Drill (all screw holes to be pre-drilled).
1. Ensuring notch in Post (B) is outermost, (see inset fig 1a), attach to 1 no. Base Rail (A) using 2no. 100mm
screws, (see Fig 1a). Similarly attach 1no. Post (B) to opposite end of Base Rail (B), (see Fig 1b).
Repeat procedure for remaining 2no. Posts (B) and 1no. Base Rail (A).
2. Set out 1no. Post/Base Rail assembly and Floor Panel (C), as shown in Fig 2. Ensure Floor Panel (C) is
central along Base Rail (B) and attach to Base Rail (B) using 5no. 55mm screws ( 1 no. 55mm screw per
alternate board).
Repeat procedure for opposite end of Floor Panel (C) and remaining Post/Base Rail assembly.
3. Position 1no. Back Panel (D) alongside Floor Panel (C) and against Posts (B), as shown in Fig 3a and fix to
Posts (B) using 2no. 80mm screws. (1no. 80mm screw per post).
Attach Back Panel (D) to Base Rails (A) using 2no. 80mm screws (1no 80mm screw per base rail).

Repeat procedure on opposite side for remaining Back Panel (D).
4. Locate Notched Cover Board (E) to top of Base Panel (D) and onto Posts (B) (see Fig 4a).
Pre Drill holes
prior to fixing
using 3no. 55mm screws (1no. 55mm screw per end and 1no. 55mm screw centrally (see
Figs 4a &4b).
Repeat procedure for remaining Notched Cover Board (E) on opposite side.
5. Position 1no. Trellis Panel (F) between Posts (B). Ensure Trellis Panel (F) is flush with back of Posts (B)
and that top of Trellis Panel (F) is aligned with base of notch in Posts (B). Attach using 4no. 55mm screws
(2no. screws per post) (see Fig 5).
Repeat procedure for remaining Trellis Panel (F) on opposite side.
6. Place 1no. Roof Support Beam (G) centrally above Trellis Panel (F) and into notches in Posts (B). Fix into
Posts (B) using 4no. 60mm screws (2no. screws per post) (see Figs 6a & 6b).
Repeat procedure for remaining Roof Support Beam (G) on opposite side.
7. Attach 1no. Seat Support (H) to 1no. Seat (J) as shown in Fig 7a using 2no. 60mm screws. Attach
second Seat Support (H) to opposite end of Seat (J), using 2no. 60mm screws (see Fig 7b).
Repeat procedure for remaining 2no. Seat Supports (H) and Seat (J).
8. Place 1no. seat assembly (H/J) against Back Panel (D) (see Fig 8a) and fix through Back Panel (D) using
4no. 100mm screws (2no. screws per seat support) (see Fig 8b).
Repeat procedure for remaining seat assembly on opposite side.
9. Set out 2no. Roof Panel (K) as shown in Fig 9a. Align bolt holes at either end of Horizontal Roof Brace
(L) with corresponding bolt holes in Roof Panels (K) (see Fig 9a) and insert 2no. 80mm bolts. Attach
washers and nuts but do not over tighten at this stage (see Fig 9b).
