DECLARATION DM 174/2004
Zerica® has also requested verification of conformity assessment pursuant to the Italian Decree of 6
April 2004 no. 174 in appliance to REGULATION (EEC) N. 1935/2004 - “materials that come into contact
with the water destined for human consumption” via the following tests:
Report issued on 11th May 2009 by G.R. Biochemilab, Modena, Italy
Report issued on 10th December 2010 by Bioanalisi, Erice, Italy
Report issued on 6th April 2018 by Bioanalisi, Erice, Italy
Based on the outcomes of the reports, Zerica states the conformity of the appliance to the Decree of
April 06, 2004 no.174.
