3. Turn the trim pot (VR1) until the voltage on TP is .075V (101). This will set the bias current to
.25mA per FET. In the lab, we always start out setting the bias to this current, because that seems
to give a good balance of output volume and common mode rejection.

4. Now you just need to listen to how it sounds. Stick the piezo to something and lend an ear. If
you’d like more gain turn VR1 (clockwise), so that the voltage on TP is slightly higher. Do not set
TP higher than 0.15V, which corresponds to 0.5mA going through each FET.
