Always turn on the hood before begining cooking in order to establish an air flow in the
kitchen. Let the blower run for a few minutes to clear the air after turning off the range.

Press on this switch to stop the blower operation.

Press on left switch ( 1 ) to turn on the blower on low speed, on middle switch
( 2 ) to turn on the blower on medium speed, and on right switch ( 3 ) to turn on the
blower on high speed.

Press on this switch to turn on the fluorescent lights, and press again to turn
them off.
