Get started
Before using the T3 Live Bodycam, make sure to fully charge the battery as the battery is not fully
charged for storage reasons. See section Charge the battery. The T3 Live Bodycam has been
initialised and confi gured to work properly with ZEPCAM Manager and needs to also be confi gured to
user or organisational requirements. ZEPCAM Manager offers an extensive number of functionalities
to set-up the system. Please consult the ZEPCAM Manager Manual to:
•
Verify if the user is defi ned with an ID-number and login in ZEPCAM Manager
•
Verify if the user is assigned with an ID number to the T3 Live Bodycam
•
Verify if the T3 Live Bodycam device profi le is confi gured properly, according to requirements
•
Verify if the data connection settings of the mobile telecom provider (Access Point Name{APN})
is correct.
•
If this is not the case:
•
Adjust the APN setting in ZEPCAM Manager (or ask your ZEPCAM Administrator to do so)
•
Connect T3 Live Bodycam to the server, see section: Offl oad recorded bodycam videos
Note: The nano-SIM card used for the T3 Live Bodycam should be activated, and
should not have a PIN code.
1. Make sure the T3 Live Bodycam is switched off
2. Use the Torx screwdriver to remove the screw of the rubber lid and manually
remove the rubber
3. Insert the SIM card in the right position (see picture)
4. The SIM clicks into place when the SIM is in a good position
5. Put back the rubber lid and screws with the Torx screwdriver
6. Verify that the rubber lid is properly sealed, to maintain the IP68 waterproof
condition of the T3 Live Bodycam
The T3 Live Bodycam should now be able to connect to the server through 4G/
LTE mobile networks. Press the Power on/off button (8).
