1.1  Install the App  

Download the Tinké App from the Apple App Store.

1.2  Select the Measurement to Conduct

Choose either the VITA or ZEN measurement 

1.3  Connect your Tinké

A flashing red LED light will appear to indicate a successful connection. Monitor your 
fitness and wellness, and connect with friends through our Tinké social network.
