Step 3c - Decompressing and installing on Windows XP (method 2):
Use this method in case the one in Step 2b fails or cannot be executed.
Double-click on the icon for the file you just downloaded:

Select the folder of your choice, and before
proceeding, make sure that the option "

folder names
" is selected:
A new folder will appear at the location specified
