Reporting failure

The event 29 - AlphaNet Link is triggered when the communication with a SIP server goes up
or down. The "Sub Event" is the SIP Trunk node number.

Example: The following event will report to the System Log and operate RCO 5 when the SIP
Server on SIP Trunk node 100 goes up or down:

Event 29, Sub Event = node number, can be used to notify failover
