Installing the wall hanger
1. Mark a vertical line on the wall indicating the center of the kitchen plate.
2. Place the cooker hood hanger D (fig. 3) against the wall and place it symmetrically to
the middle line, the distance between the holes of the cooker hood hanger D and the
heating plate should be at least 960 mm, initially level the hanger; mark the position of
the assembly holes on the wall.
3. Drill the holes marked on the wall using a drill with the diameter corresponding to the
enclosed rawlplugs, insert the rawlplugs and fix the hanger section to the wall.
Installing the cooker hood
1. Hang the hood body C on the fixed cooker hood wall hanger D, level the hood using
the screws J and tighten the screw I to protect the cooker hood from sliding down.
2. If required, install and appropriate duct extracting air to the ventilation duct.
3. Install the upper A and lower B chimney masking cover onto the hanging cooker
hood.
4. Slide the upper chimney A masking cover to the desired height, mark its maximum
span on the middle line, remove the masking cover column.
5. Place the upper chimney A masking cover hanger E to against the middle line 65 mm
from the marked maximum point, mark the assembly holes on the wall and install the
hanger according to the picture. If required, install the air fin F (fig. 4) using the same
assembly screws.
6. Re-install the masking cover column and fix it to the cooker hood body and the gen
-
eral section using appropriate screws.
7. Plug in the cooker hood.
Plug in and operation control
After plugging the appliance in (according to the previously described requirements),
check if the cooker hood lighting works and if its motor operates correctly.
After installing the cooker hood, the socket should be easily accessible in order to unplug
the appliance.
