SERVICE MANUAL FOR DIAGNOSING PCB FAILURES:
- 1600.0120A - applies to 1600.0 vacuum cleaner
- 1600.3115A - applies to 1600.3 vacuum cleaner
NOTE!
In order to determine which PCB is to be replaced, a partly disassembled device has to be
connected to a 230 V AC socket. Take special care to avoid electric shock.
Procedure
PCB for 1600 vacuum
The electronic component regulated the rotational speed of the
motor. The vacuum may work at one of 5 speed, which is signalled
by the number of blue LEDs that light up. The rotational speed of the
motor can be changed using "PLUS" and "MINUS" buttons.
After connecting the plug to a 230 V AC socket and switching the
main switch on, the motor will start rotating at speed 3.
The first three LEDs will light up.
The rotational speed accelerates smoothly and without perceptible
jerks (soft start).
The electronic component is also equipped with a PARK-SYSTEM
function.
When the hose is put into the socket in the vacuum's body, the motor
will momentarily stop.
This condition is signalled by simultaneously flashing blue LEDs
according to a given speed. After removing the hose from the socket,
the motor will start working at the set speed and the blue LEDs will
stop blinking. The vacuum has a bag full sensor. After the bag is
filled and the sensor engages, a red LED will light up.
Electronic components are also equipped with a differential outlet
filter soiling sensor. The appropriate pressure difference between the
inlet and the outlet of the filter will trigger the red LED.
