Welcome Welcome to the Axiocam 506 user documentation.
The camera is a professional digital camera for universal light microscopy with a
high resolution 6 Megapixel sensor and a USB 3.0 interface. The camera can be
ordered as color camera (Axiocam 506 color) or monochrome camera (Axiocam
506 mono).
As setting up the two camera models is the same, this guide stands for both
camera models. The differences in the specs can be found in the chapter
