5.4 Access to the T11/T20 sensor

Go to the control PCB as described in the
section “Access to the control PCB”:
■
Disconnect the power to the unit.
■
Remove the 3 front cover screws.
■
Remove the 3 screws from the display cover.
Then remove the cover;
■
Remove the 4 screws from the electronics
cover. Then remove the cover.
Pull the black connector of the preheater from
the control PCB.
Remove the preheater, including wiring and
sealing grommet, from the unit.
For the right-hand unit:
The preheater is located on the left.
For the left-hand unit:
The preheater is located on the right.

Remove the heat exchanger:

Pull on the strap of the heat exchanger.
Do not cut the strap. The strap
is necessary to pull out the heat
exchanger from the unit.
You can only remove the heat exchanger when
the unit is in the service mode.
During installation: Place the underside
of the heat exchanger in the guide
rails of the unit. Make sure that the red
bottom plate sits at the front of the
appliance.
Remove the filters.
Pull the sensor down from the inside of the unit.
Then remove the connector from the sensor.
For the right-hand unit:
■
T11 is to the right;
■
T20 is to the left.
For the left-hand unit:

T11 is to the left;
■
T20 is to the right.
