AIR MOTOR
Fasten the outlet housing of the pump into a vice in a vertical position.
Loosen the 4 screws (Pos 31), which are holding the air cylinder (Pos 4) to
the outlet housing (Pos 26) and remove the cylinder.
Inspect the air valve mechanism (Pos 10-16) for wear and damage. There
must be no damage to the seal lips, check the small seals in the mechanism
and the large one that fits against the cylinder wall.
Check that no oil has leaked above the packing (Pos 22) in the packing
sleeve (Pos 21).
If the packing or the mechanism is to be changed, the central bar must be
pulled out until you can see the hole perforations in the packing sleeve. At
the same time you must also line up the exhaust hole in the central bar with
one of these perforations. This will enable a suitable tool to be put into the
central bar exhaust hole, to enable the air mechanism to be unscrewed.
Be careful not to scratch or damage the surface of the central bar!
To check the central bar and packing sleeve, you must first remove the air
valve mechanism. Following the instructions above does this. Once the
central bar and the packing sleeve have been removed, they can then be
examined for wear, any damaged or worn parts should be replaced.
When the damaged or worn parts are replaced, the pumps can then be re-
assembled in reverse order. Important! Check if the central bar for damage
if the seals are worn. A damaged central bar will immediatly damage new
seals, if replaced.
It is important to lubricate all parts and seals with Silicon grease before re-
assembling. No other grease should be used.
LUFTMOTOR
Fäst pumpens utloppshus i ett skruvstycke med pumpröret nedåt. Lossa de
fyra (4) skruvarna (Pos 31) som håller luftcylindern (Pos 4) vid utloppshuset
(Pos 26). Drag av cylindern.
Inspektera mekanismens (Pos 10-16) tätningar med avseende på slitage
och skador. Det får inte finnas några skador på tätningsläpparna, varken de
små som sitter i mekanismen eller den stora som tätar mot cylinderväggen.
Kontrollera att det inte kommit upp någon oljaovanför packningen (Pos 22) i
packningshylsan (Pos 21).
Om packningen eller mekanismen skall bytas dras hela centralstången
ut en aning tills man kan se utblåsningshålet i centralstången genom
avluftningshålen i packningshylsan. Sätt in en skruvmejsel eller liknande i
hålet och lossa mekanismen.
Var försiktig så inte centralstångens yta blir repad eller skadad!
För att kontrollera centralstången och packningshylsan, gänga loss
mekanismen, se instruktioner ovan. Nu kan man lätt inspektera
centralstångens yta och lätt ta ur packningarna ur hylsan för undersökning.
Byt de delar som är slitna och återmontera alla detaljer i omvänd
ordning mot isärtagningen. Viktigt! Kontrollera noga centralstången om
packningarna är slitna. En skadad centralstång kommer omedelbart att slita
sönder nya packningar.
Fetta alltid in alla glid- och tätningsytor med Silikon-fett före
återmonteringen. Inget annat fett får användas.
