Do not reverse the “line” and “neutral” connections. The device will signal an
error with the status bar flashing red.

3.3.
External protection devices
The charging station is equipped with a Residual Current Device (RCD) to detect any current faults. It is
also equipped with a detection system for DC components above 6mA.
It is recommended to install a magnetothermal device with a suitable capacity on the AC connection
cables for installation, uninstallation, maintenance and disconnections caused by other reasons.
3.4.
Communication systems
The charging stations are equipped with CAN bus communication systems. The charging station can be
monitored and controlled by connecting it to external communication gates (e.g. ENGATE or ZCS
Connext).
The cable connection does not depend on the type of mounting (wall or floor). The power cables pass
through the inlet at the bottom of the charger and connect to the corresponding PE, L1, L2, L3 and N
inputs on the switch terminals inside the charger. A network cable is required to connect the charger to
the communication gate which has internet access via Ethernet/WiFi/4G. One end of the network cable
connects to the charger's CAN port on the PCBA. The other end of the network cable connects to the
