6. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
6.2. Installation of the appliance
- must be performed by authorized/qualified personnel:
6.2.1. Open the compartment and check that the product and accessories are complete.
6.2.2. Install the machine in the correct position:
6.2.3. Unpack the parts and remove the valve with 1/4” connector, Teflon tape, PE pipe, etc.
6.2.4. Close the main cold water valve, clean the valve thread and wind the Teflon band clockwise on
the valve thread. Also, wrap the Teflon tape on the valve thread with 1/4” connector in even layers (5-10
layers). Use a fixed wrench to connect the 1/4” valve to the main water valve, then connect the hose to
the 1/4” valve.
6.2.5. Connect the PE pipe to the 1/4” valve according to the method described in fig.2.
Finally, connect the other end of the PE pipe to the water inlet of the appliance and lock with the blue clip
to prevent water leakage.
