Please open the front cover and align the above buckle of front
cover, gently press the cover down, and be sure the front cover fixed
well.

Have you put the appliance in a place where the dirty air entry to
air flow inlet is not easy?

Bad smel from the
outlet
Dust collection filter net including “super Aleru-buster”, Green
Tean Catechins(GTC) and Anti-bacteria,which may have
particular smell, it is normal phenomenon, do no harm to health.

Active Oxygen is the same element but different form as oxygen,
just a pale blue gas with particular smell. When working, it
generates grassy smell.

Bad smell is difficult
to remove
Main machine or dust collection filter net is not clear?
Clean the front panel or the machine, use the vacuum cleaner to
remove dirt from the front level.
If still not solved, please replace the deordoriztion filter net.
(Filter net can not remove the stimulation composition, carbon
monoxide cigarette.)
