In the CH1 screen, change the bitrate from “6000K” to “2000K” and click “update”:
*Note:
If Firefox is being used, it is necessary to click “update” twice. This is because Firefox requires
a click outside of a text box to validate a value after a text box value is changed. The first click
validates the bitrate change. The second click registers as a click of “update.”

You should see the quality of the picture in VLC change and the video bitrate drop:
The parameter “Frame Rate Divider” can also be updated dynamically using the “update” button.
All other parameters require a stop and then start to change.
