Q5. Why can’t I access the Wireless
AP from a wireless network card?
1.
Make sure that Mode, SSID, Channel and
encryption settings are set the same on each
wireless adapters.
2.
Make sure that your computer is within range and
free from any strong electrical devices that may
cause interference.
3.
Check your IP address to make sure that it is
compatible with the Wireless AP.

is connected to the Wireless AP?

At your MS-DOS prompt, you can use the
ping
command to check if your computer has
successfully connected to the Wireless AP.

Execute the ping command: ping 192.168.0.222.
4.
Check if you can access the Wireless AP’s setup
page by typing “192.168.0.222” in the Location
(for IE) or Address field.
