INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION
Of the YVE-BIO Alstar 700 all-in-one
Hygiene information:
Please note that the assembly will take place under sterile conditions. Please wash
your hands thoroughly or use sterile disposable gloves, no contamination with germs,
especially with colibacteria, should occur.
Later, when filling the water into the upper tank, all germs and bacteria are filtered
out 100%, so that in the lower tank is always germ-free water.
1.Remove all packing parts and foils from the filter parts.
2. Clean all containers with a mild cleaning solution, except the ceramic filter, the
cartridge and the alkaline Twister basket, and rinse with clear water.
Important: Never rinse ceramic filter, cartridge or twister basket with soap or
household cleaner, but only with a mixture of acetic acid and water or the citric
acid granules
(e.g. YVE-BIO® citric acid)

Do not work with hot water or place in the dishwasher!
3. Place the drinking water container on the base with the electrical elements inside.
Wipe this base only with a damp cloth, never into the sink and into water. The
internal electrics would otherwise be destroyed.
On the lower container is a nipple, which must engage in the nipple opening on the
base so that the electrical sensor functions.
4. Mount the water tap with two sealing rings on the inside and outside of the vessel.
The sealing rings and the container should be dry. Otherwise there is a risk that the
seals will not seal properly.
Firmly twist, but do not over-twist.
5. Rinse the filter cartridge from the bottom, this means backwards and forwards, for
approx. 3-5 minutes with strong water jet to remove any fine dust. Then put the filter
cartridge in a clean pot full of water about 3 hours so that all air can escape.
Screw the filter cartridge together with the cartridge hanger, making sure that the
threads do not tip. Please do not use force, they could lose their function.
6. Rinse the alkaline Twister basket and place it on the ground, in the middle of the
water tank. To the right and left are pins in which the basket must engage.
Press the silicone covers over again.
The alkaline Twister basket can initially and also continue to give a slightly milky
substance. This is a natural release of the alkaline / basic elements to the water.
7. Place the tank attachment ring on the water tank and hang the cartridge holder,
including the filter cartridge.
8. Water the ceramic filter under clear water so that it is no longer milky and all air
can escape. Mount the limescale filter into the upper tank, the sealing ring must be
inside the tank. The vessel and sealing rings should be dry when they are screwed
together. Screw the filter by hand.
9. Place the upper container with the cartridge mounted on the drinking water
container.
