ST950S Plus+ Installation and Commissioning Manual

6.10. Customer Acceptance

The installer is expected to run through the commissioning with the customer. The Controller Data page
of the site information export contains important controller settings which the customer should review
and accept as part of the acceptance procedure.

Sign the Site Acceptance Test report. Full details and the SAT form are found in document reference
QAFORM-TC-F-123.

Important:

The installer is expected to run through the commissioning with the customer. The Controller
Data page of the Site Information Export (

Controller Commissioning

(on page 115)

) contains

important controller settings which the customer should review and accept as part of the
acceptance procedure.

This includes the Phase Conflict table, which should be checked against the printed IC4 Controller
Configuration specification for the site. The Export Site Information feature reads out the actual conflict
data being used by the controller and so verifies that the desired conflicts will be detected if they occur.

The QAFORM-TC-F-123 form is specific to Plus+ Controllers. The QAFORM-TC-F-122 form should only
