Fit two large pulley wheels to underside of weight
tube retainer and feed cable over top of both from
centre towards the right side

Screw bolt at end of cable into top of weight
selection stem.
Screw this into the thread so it is approx half
way down.

Wind locking nut down to bottom

Weight selector stem
