Initial Setting (HART communication)

4.4.1

HART Communication Modem

Connect the HART communication modem to the PC’s COM port.

NOTE

Either a serial (RS232C) or USB port may be used.

4.4.2

COM port

Find out which COM port the modem will be connected to.

Select the Start menu. Right click [My Computer] and select [Properties].
