Check whether the housing splice has scars or cuts

due to the collision of clutch disc.

Check the clutch disc. If there is a scratch or

depigment or a strong scorching smell, replace it.

Measure the thickness of each clutch disc.

Maintenance limit:

2.8mm.

Check the clutch plate for distortion, and check

the planners with a clearance gauge.

Maintenance limit:

0.20mm.

Measure the thickness of each clutch plate. The

thickness is 1.4mm.

Measure the free length of the clutch spring.
