YG125-23 Maintenance ManualFrame and exhaust system

assembly bolt

Side cover and seat



The key opens the cushion lock

，

Remove the seat

。



Remove the left/right side cover assembly. Handle it

carefully in order to prevent scratching the exterior

decorating surface.



Remove the 3 connecting bolts in the headlamp

bracket.



Pull off the headlamp patch plug to remove the

headlamp.



Remove the meter assembly (total of 3 connecting

bolts).

To mount the coverings, headlamp and meter:

The installation of the coverings, headlamp and meter is

in the reverse order of removal. During installation, do not

scratch the coverings or damage the bulb.

Notice

During removal and installation, do not scratch the

outer surface of coverings or break the

bucklemortise.

Seat cushion lock

Remove the bracket

Remove 4 hole covers

Remove

the

connection nuts.

Remove turn the connecting

wire.
