Using the formula below calculate the correct amount of trucks.
Actual blind width ÷ actual link length
For example, for a 400mm blind:
89mm louvre (the actual link length is 79mm) 400÷79mm = 5pcs
127mm louvre (the actual link length is 115mm) 400÷115mm = 4pcs
Round the figure up to next whole/even number.

Using both the L/H and R/H trucks, pick equal stacks of trucks to equal the
total quantity required.

To remove any surplus trucks from the ready linked stacks, cut the metal
spacer line 5mm ahead of the leading truck.

Attach the wand control – 927015W, to the leading trucks, see fig 1. (Trucks
furthest away from the stack ends) using the correct adaptor shown in fig 2
and 3.

Insert the screw into the two 927015W.
