Customizing  Your Phone

The VP530 IP video phone maintains history lists of All Calls, Dialed Calls, Missed Calls, 
Received Calls and Forwarded Calls. The local call log supports maintaining up to 400 
entries. You can view the history list, place a call, add a contact or delete an entry from 
the history list. You should enable the history record feature in advance. 

To enable the history record feature via phone user interface: 

1.

 

Tap          ->Call Feature->Others. 

2.

 

Tap          in the History Record field. 

 

3.

 

Press the Save soft key to accept the change or the Back  soft key to cancel. 

4.

 

Tap            to return to the idle screen. 

To view the history list: 

1.

 

Press the History soft key. 

The LCD screen displays the All Calls list. 

 

2.

 

Tap Dialed Calls, Missed Calls, Received Calls and Forwarded Calls to view the 
corresponding  lists. 

3.

 

Tap the desired entry for one second.
