Setting Up and Accessing Voicemail

•

Press or dial *123 to access the Message Center

‐

This is where voicemail is initially set up and can be
configured at any time

•

When the touch screen alerts to new voice-mail,
press or tap the

Connect

soft key

•

The phone will indicate a new voicemail by:

‐

Flashing the Message Waiting indicator

‐

Displaying a message on the screen

When receiving a message, phone will also play a notification tone.

View

soft key holds an itemized list of voicemail, where a

Connect

soft key can be

used to access the message center and Voicemail Setup.

•

Access the message center

•

Enter temporary PIN when prompted (extension)

•

Follow prompts to record name and standard greeting (busy message is not
necessary)

•

Create a new permanent PIN (4-15 digits)

•

New PIN cannot be the extension number, a replicated digit (1111) or a
sequential digits (1234)
