Press the DSS keys which have been set as speed dial button.
Then press Send soft key to make the call out if necessary.
And you can also dial-up via web interface:

Choose Contacts-> Contacts -> Contacts/BlackList, click the number which you
want to dial out, the phone will dial out.

Or choose Contacts->Phone CallInfo, enter the number in the Dial a Number field,
select the line from the Outgoing Identity list. Then click the Dial button to call out.

Or choose Contacts->Phone CallInfo, click the number which you want to dial out
from the call list, the phone will dial out.

You can click the Hangup button to end the call in the web page.
