In the «Quiet Hours» screen, you can set a timeframe in
which all reminders and notifications are disabled.
The default setting is as follows:
• Start 00:00 (12:00 AM)
• End 00:00 (12:00 AM)
In order to change the default times, please press the
«Start» or «End» button.
A pop-up screen will appear where you can change the start
and end time, as well as the «Reminder snooze period».
Once your settings are done, please press «Back» to return
to the main tracker settings screen.
You should set the start and end time of the Quiet
Hours according to when you are asleep, other-
wise you will get reminders during the night
