PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Planetary mixer is used for preparing the food. Thanks to high power and capacious bowl (kneading-trough) it is possible to mix
food products quickly and easily. Rotating planetary mechanism of the agitator makes the food is thoroughly mixed in the product
bowl. Correct, reliable and safe operation of the device depends on proper operation, therefore:
Before starting product operation, please read this manual and keep it.
The supplier does not assume any liability for damages resulting from failure to follow safety regulations and recommendations
speci fi ed in this manual.
EQUIPMENT
The product is delivered as complete, but it requires some preparatory activities before the start of work, described later in this
user manual.
The product is delivered along with: a bowl (kneading-trough) and three types of agitators.
GENERAL USE RECOMMENDATIONS
Note! Read all instructions below. Failure to observe them may lead to electric shock, fi re or body injuries.
ADHERE TO INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
Product is designed for professional use and should be operated by properly quali fi ed personnel.
The product is intended only for mixing of defrosted food products. Food products before placing them in the bowl should be
defrosted and prepared for mixing. If the texture of food products does not allow for its easy mixing, it should be prepared before
placing it in the bowl, for example it should be minced.
Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the bowl. Observe indicators and read all information regarding the maximum capacity
of the bowl. It should be taken into account that during mixing the centrifugal force can raise the level of mix in the bowl. When
mixing, some products increase their volume even several times by mixing with air bubbles.
Recommendations for the product transportation and installation
NOTE! Product installation and connecting can be done only by quali fi ed personnel.
The product should only be transported in operating position. Avoid any shocks during the transport.
Product can be placed only on a hard, fl at, level and non- fl ammable surface. Substrate should withstand the weight of appliance
itself together with foodstu ff s put inside.
Provide proper ventilation at the place of installation of the product, none vent may be covered. Provide at least 10 cm breath-
ing-space around the product and at least 30 cm over the product. This will allow proper product ventilation. Do not place any
objects upon the product.
It is forbidden to drill any hole in the product, nor any other product modi fi cation not described herein.
Place of product installation should be selected as to avoid any source of heat such as furnaces, heaters or in the vicinity of open
fl ame. Place of installation of the product should be protected from direct sunlight.
Do not place and use the product in an environment with an increased risk of explosion, containing fl ammable liquids, gases or
vapours.
The product is intended only for indoor use. Do not expose the product to atmospheric precipitations or moisture. Water and
moisture that penetrates the inside of the product increases the risk of electric shock. Do not immerse the product in water or any
other liquid.
Recommendations for connecting the product to power supply
Before connecting the product to power supply, make sure that the voltage, frequency, and capacity of mains supply correspond
to values shown on the product rating plate. Plug must fi t into the socket. Any modi fi cations of plug are forbidden.
Product must be connected directly to a single power outlet. It is forbidden to use extension cords, socket-outlet adapters and
double power outlets. Power supply circuit must be fi tted with a protective conductor and at least 16 A protection circuit.
Avoid any contact of power cord with sharp edges and hot objects and surfaces. When operating the product, the power cord
must always be fully unwound and its position may not interfere with the operation of product. Laying of power cable cannot result
in tripping hazard. Power outlet should be located in such a place to allow always the possibility of quick disconnecting the plug
of power cord supplying the product. When disconnecting the plug of power cord always pull the plug housing, never the cable.
If the power cord or plug is damaged, disconnect it immediately from the mains and contact an authorized manufacturer’s service
centre for replacement. Do not use the product with a damaged power cord or plug. Power cord or plug cannot be repaired, in
case of any damage to these components, replace them with new ones without defects.
If the product was delivered without a power cord plug, it means that the connection to mains must be done by a quali fi ed electrician.
