1.  Adjust the right cable to increase turn 

to max. 

Tighten

2.  Adjust the left cable to increase turn to 

max. Loosen the nut counterclockwise, 

then loosen the center bolt clockwise. 

Test function. Tighten the nut 

clockwise against the long sleeve bolt.

Tighten

Make sure all fluids are removed and spark plug is disconnected.
To remove and replace your snowblower’s chute deflector cable, proceed as follows:

1.  Adjust the deflector in its full, upright 

position.
