Operation Method
Sterilizing Operation
The unit is registered to perform one-hour sterilizing operation program at the temperature of
180
℃
. The program is registered in the program mode "PrG1".
Sterilizing operation
procedure
1. Turn on the power (turn on the breaker in front)
The default value is displayed for about four seconds after turning
on the power. The screen then displays the initial setting. The
current temperature in furnace, operation mode character and
setting temperature of overheating prevention device are displayed
on respective screens.
2. Select the operation mode
Press the PROGRAM key to display "PrG1", which indicates the
program operation, on the center display screen.
3. Start sterilizing operation
Press the orange START/STOP key for one second. The
operation starts and the PROGRAM lamp lights on.
After one-hour sterilizing operation at the temperature of 180
℃
,
it automatically stops with the buzzer sound. The setting
temperature screen displays the character "End", which
indicates the termination of operation. The PROGRAM lamp
still lights on.
4. Stop sterilizing operation
Press the orange START/STOP key for about one second. The
unit stops operation and the PROGRAM lamp lights off. The
screen returns to the initial setting screen.

Displays
the operation mode character. (Refer to Page 111)
Overheating prevention screen:
Displays the setting temperature of overheating prevention device
