4. Other procedures
4-1. How to confirm the checksum
It is not easy to keep all the records of parameter settings. If that is the case, it is recommended to keep
records of “checksums” -- hexadecimal notation of the total value of all the parameters. You can confirm the
checksum through the following steps.
Operation Display

From the test mode screen, select [Ver] to show the software ROM
version.

Press when the version is displayed. Then the checksum
appears (“02d0” in the right figure).
4-2. How to reset write errors
If the panel shows the error code “E105” or “E109,” you can reset the write error through the following steps. If
the error stills persists even after the completion of the following procedure, contact our General Equipment
Manufacturing Section.
Operation Display

When the panel shows Internal Count in test mode, press to
display “7.CHK”: Display Check screen.

Press and at the same time.
The screen for resetting the write protection appears.
If the write protection for E2PROM is enabled, “CAT” is followed by
“FF” or “F1.”

A value other than “FF” or “F1” may be displayed in some cases.

Press and set the value following “CAT” to “F0.”

After a while, the system disables the write protection and returns to
the Display Check screen where all panel segments are fully
displayed.
