Note : when the motor is started for the very first time, it will require a number of attempts to start
until the fuel has travelled from the tank to the motor.
6.
once you hear the motor operating. Return the choke lever back to the right
hand side position. This positin will switch the choke ‘’OFF’’.
Under the following conditions the generator must be stop:
1. When the motor rotary speed changes
2. When the electrical power is decreasing
3. When connected appliances are overheated
4. When sparks occur
5. When plugs are damaged
6. In case of misfire
7. In case of high vibration
8. When flames or smoke appear
9. In rain or stormy weather
AC CIRCUIT BREAKER
In case of short-circuit or over-load of generator, AC Circuit breaker will cut off the circuit. Once the
AC circuit breaker has automatically switched to “OFF” position, please check the connected
electric appliance before switching it back “on” position.
AC and DC CIRCUIT PROTECTORS
In case of short-circuit or over-load of generator, circuit protector will cut off
the circuit. Once the circuit protector has automatically switched to “OFF”
position, please check the connected electric appliance before switching it
back “on” position.
AC applications
1. Start the engine and allow the motor to run for a couple of minutes to warm up before
connecting any appliance to the generator.
2. Confirm that the appliance is switched off, and then plug it in the socket in generator.
WARNING!
Faulty appliances or power cords can create a potential electrical shock.
It is highly recommended to have a 30 mA circuit protector connected to the generator at all
times.
Never use the appliance have the power exceed the maximum rating of the generator.
DC APPLICATIONS
The DC Output should only be used for recharging 12-volt automotive lead acid type batteries.
And do not charge batteries while they are connected to a vehicle. Make sure they have been
totally disconnected before recharging.
When charging a battery the following instructions need to be followed:
1.
disconnect the orginal leads from the battery.
2.
fully loosen the battery caps
3.
start the generator and allow the motor to run for a couple of minutes to warm up before
connecting any apparatus to the generator.
Note: Do not short circuit two clips of the DC Cable. Take extra care to connect the wire to battery.
4.
connect the supplied DC Plug lead into the DC Socket and connect the red lead of battery
charging cable to the positive (+) battery terminal and the black lead to the negative (-)
battery terminal.
5.
press the DC Circuit protector to reset if the DC supply had previously been overloaded.
