Pass the fuel tank breather hose between the han-
dlebar and tension bar, then insert its end into the
hole of the steering stem.
Fasten the ground lead together with the ignition
coil.
Insert the primary coil lead (orange color) in the
ignition coil.
Pass the transmission oil breather hose through
the wire holder located at the right side of the vehi-
cle. Route the air vent hose and carburetor over-
flow hose from the left side of the vehicle.
Do not flatten out the radiator breather hose.

Securely install the spark plug cap to the spark
plug. Route the spark plug lead by the inner side of
the vehicle than the radiator hose and throttle
cable.
Clamp the brake hose with the brake hose holder.
Fit the brake hose into the guides of the protector.
