1. Auger clutch lever
TIP
If the auger clutch lever is pulled up fully
while you are holding the drive clutch lever,
the auger clutch lever will become fixed to
its pull-up position. The Snowblower will still
travel and blow snow. The shift lever, chute
direction control lever, chute deflector con-
trol lever, or throttle lever can be controlled
with your right hand.
6. Move the shift lever from the “N” (Neu-
tral) position to the “F” (Forward) or “R”
(Reverse) position.
NOTICE
Operate the shift lever slowly.
TIP
•
If the engine speed drops excessively
and snow is not being blown properly,
you may be driving the Snowblower too
quickly. Reduce the speed.
•
Snow is blown more effectively when
the Snowblower is driven slowly.
