Operations
This chapter describes the operations you can perform from the
front panel.

Basic Operations
*1: “X+Y” means “operate Y w hile operating X.” For example, “[SELECT] A + encoder” means that yo u sho u ld hold do w n the [SELECT] A
bu tton and operate the encoder.
Front Panel Operations
NOTE
If yo u modify the parameter settings, do not t u rn the po w er
s w itch OFF for at least one second. Other w ise, the changes to
the settings may b e lost.

Checkin g the current operat-
in g mode
[FUNCTION]
While yo u hold do w n the [FUNCTION] bu tton, the c u rrent oper-
ating mode w ill b e sho w n in the display. The modes are indi-
cated as follo w s.
Chan g in g the operatin g mode [FUNCTION] + encoder

Use the encoder to change the operating mode.
When yo
u release the [FUNCTION] bu tton, the operating mode
sho w n at that time w ill b e selected; the display w ill sho w the
parameter v al u e.
If a certain period of time elapses w itho u t any operation b eing
performed, the operating mode w ill b e s w itched b ack to “Atten-
u ation setting.”
Turnin g Mute on/off
[MUTE] + [SELECT] (of the chan-

When m u ting t u rns on, the [MUTE] indicator of the selected
channel w ill lit.
When m u ting t u rns off, the [MUTE] indicator w ill go u nlit.
Temporarily disablin g or re-
enablin g front panel lock
[FUNCTION] + [SELECT] A

When front panel lock is temporarily disa b led, the [PANEL
LOCK] indicator w ill flash.
When front panel lock is ena b led, the [PANEL LOCK] indicator
w ill lit. While the front panel is locked, “
LC
” is sho w n in the dis-
play.
