assembled.

Cracks/damage

Replace the oil

cooler assembly.

Oil cooler holding pressure
Cannot be maintained

Replace the oil

cooler assembly.

Checking steps:

NOTE:

When checking the oil cooler, connect the
hoses

to the oil cooler.

1. Connect the special service tool

to the

inlet of the oil cooler water passage

2. Cover the outlet of the oil cooler water

passage

with a finger.

3. Apply the specified positive pressure and

check that the pressure is maintained.

4. Repeat steps 1
