A. Position the clamp by aligning it with the top

edge of the protector of the front wheel sen-

sor lead when the protector is placed at the

bottom.

B. Install the brake pipe so that it contacts the

projection on the brake caliper.

C. Install the clamp so that the bottom side of

the clamp is 10–30 mm (0.39–1.18 in) from

the end of the front brake pipe.

Route the front wheel sensor lead outside of

the front brake hose.

D. Install the clamp as shown in the illustration,

aligning with the bottom side of the clamp.

Contact the grommet on the front wheel sen-

sor lead to the grommet on the front brake

hose.

Route the front wheel sensor lead outside of

the front brake hose.

E. Route the front wheel sensor lead along the

front brake hose in the area shown in the

illustration.

Route the front wheel sensor lead outside of

the front brake hose.

F. Install the front brake hose with its blue paint

mark facing outward.

G. Install the brake hose from the hydraulic unit

so that the brake pipe touches the projection

on the brake caliper. Install the brake hose to

the right brake caliper so that it aligned with

the direction of the brake pipe from the

hydraulic unit.

H. Fasten the grommet on the front wheel sen-

sor lead with the clamp. When installing, sili-

cone water or soapy water may be applied.

I. Same for four clamps
J. Insert the clamp into the front fender

securely.

K. Face the catch of the clamp backward, and

then close the clamp until three clicks or

more are heard.

L. Insert the projection on the wheel sensor pro-

tector into the slot in the front wheel sensor

housing.

M. Fasten the front wheel sensor lead with the

holder on the front wheel sensor protector.

N. Fasten the grommet on the front wheel sen-

sor lead with the front wheel sensor lead

holder.

O. Contact the projection on the front wheel sen-

sor lead holder with the side of the right brake

caliper as shown in the illustration.

P. Install the clamp so that the front wheel sen-

sor lead is on the right side of the vehicle.
