TIP

The “ABS ON” button does not
function when the vehicle is in mo-
tion. Bring the vehicle to a com-
plete stop before reactivating the
ABS.
 When the ABS reactivates, the

This indicator light flashes when the
hazard switch is set to the “ ” posi-
tion.

malfunction

This light comes on in red when either
the coolant temperature warning

If the light does not come on initially
when the vehicle power is turned on, or
if the light remains on, have a Yamaha
dealer check the vehicle.

This warning light comes on when the
vehicle is first turned on, and goes off
after starting riding. If the warning light
comes on while riding, the anti-lock
brake system may not work correctly.
