Positive battery lead

Negative battery lead

Wire harness

Fasten the A.C. magneto lead 
and wire harness with the plastic 
band.

Negative battery lead coupler

6

Route the negative battery leads 
under the starter relay.

7

Face the starter motor lead ter-
minal towards the rear of the 
snowmobile.

8

Route the starter motor lead over 
the battery bracket.

Negative battery lead terminal

Positive battery lead terminal

Oil level switch lead coupler

Oil level gauge/dipstick

Carburetor heater coupler

Fasten the starter motor lead and 
oil cooler outlet hose with the 
plastic band. Face the end of the 
plastic band towards the battery 
bracket.

To the parking brake

Fasten the throttle position sen-
sor lead to coolant hose 8 with 
the plastic band, making sure to 
fasten the lead on top of the 
hose.

Starter motor

Coolant temperature sensor cou-
