Removal
If yo u need to remo v e the MCP1, insert a slotted scre w dri v er into the notches of the side
panel, and t w ist. The s ub seq u ent steps are the re v erse of the installation proced u re.
Initializing the MCP1
W ith the u nit po w ered on, perform the follo w ing proced u re.
1.
In the home page or another page, long-touch (two seconds or longer) the home
page switch.
Mo v e to the u tility page.
2.
Touch the [Settings] switch (R1).
After synchronizing w ith MTX-MRX Editor, it w ill b e necessary to enter the PIN code.
3.
Touch the [Initialize] switch (L3).
A confirmation screen appears; select Yes. Initialization b egins, and the MCP1 a u tomati-
cally restarts.
NOTE
W hen re-installing the MCP1, portions of the scre w holes in the mo u nt plate may b e deformed and may not
properly fit into the MCP1. If this is the case, u se a tool to adj u st parts of the scre w holes as necessary and
re-install the u nit.
NOTE
If yo u ha v e forgotten the PIN code, u se MTX-MRX Editor to specify it again.
