• Adjusting the
VOLUME

controls, and the use of

have no effect on the recorded
sound. The recording level is automatically adjusted.
• If you want to make a recording using Dolby NR, press
DOLBY NR

Begin playing the source to be recorded and press
on the tape
deck.
When you record from another component that is connected to
this system, start the recording on the tape deck first, and then
start playing the connected source.
* When playing a CD, the recording automatically begins a few
seconds before the disc play begins.
Displaying the tape counter
During recording, the information of the playing source is
displayed in place of the tape counter (

). Press
DISPLAY
to
change the display to the tape counter. Pressing
DISPLAY
again
will restore the previous display mode.
