TIP
Observe the following precautions when executing the diagnostic mode. (Code No. 84)
• Make sure that the battery has been sufficiently charged.
• Place the vehicle on the centerstand.
• Do not operate the electronically adjustable suspension system repeatedly.
• After operating the electronically adjustable suspension system, wait 5 minutes or more before oper-
ating it again. (If the electronically adjustable suspension system is operated repeatedly, fault code
No. 94 may be indicated due to the operation of the circuit breaker in the preload adjusting motor.)
• Do not disconnect the battery terminals while the DC motor is operating.

2 Connection of SCU coupler.
Check the locking condition
of the coupler.
Disconnect the coupler and
check the pins (bent or bro-
