Turns this unit on, or sets it to standby mode.
This unit consumes a small amount of power even when in
standby mode.

Remote control sensor
Receives infrared signals from the remote control.

STANDBY/ON indicator

SP (SPEAKERS) A/B indicators
Light up according to the set of speakers selected.
Both indicators light up when both sets of speakers are
selected.

SLEEP indicator
Lights up when the sleep timer is turned on (see
page 11).

Multi-information display
Shows information when adjusting or changing
settings.

PURE DIRECT indicator
Lights up when the Pure Direct function is on.

Front panel display
Shows information about the operational status of this
unit.

PURE DIRECT button
Reproduces any input source in the purest sound
